Looking for someone to sublet our full floor loft for the summer months: beginning of June to end of August in Soho on West Broadway. Priority given to someone who can sublet for all 3 months but open to splitting up into 2 shorter stays. Fully furnished with two beds and work from home station. Apartment is sunny and in a great location near any train you would need, loads of restaurants, groceries and parks within minutes. Can walk to the west highway-great for picnics and jogs.

Basic Info:
- 2 bedrooms/ 1 bathroom and ample closet space.
- Walk up, the second floor
- Double windows make the apartment very quiet
- AC
- Laundry and dry cleaning across the street

Costs: $5800 that includes:
-a cleaning service every 2 weeks of the stay
