One bedroom, one bathroom fully equipped guesthouse located in a tranquil and peaceful backyard in the heart of Los Angeles. Perfect for an L.A. getaway or business travelers. It has a private entry, full kitchen, air conditioning/heater. You'll love the high ceilings, natural light, pool and peaceful backyard.

The entire guest house is available, as well as the backyard which includes a picnic table under a pergola, a sitting area with outdoor couches around a beautiful olive tree. Open the doors and experience the backyard or close everything up for privacy.

You will receive a parking permit to park on the street if necessary.

For 1 or 2 adults max. No pets. Property is not child-proof. There is an 8 feet deep pool.

Owners live on the main house on the property. Larchmont is a friendly neighborhood and family-oriented.

My husband and I live on the property in the main house. We use the guesthouse for our own guests and rent it occasionally. We love our house and take very good care of it. It's always kept clean and well maintained. We are busy individuals working in the entertainment and advertising industry in LA.
