Sublet:
-Minimum 2 weeks: $1,475 (roughly $105 per day) +$100 cleaning fee deposit). Shorter stays can be negotiated.
-Month: $2,950
-Must be willing to sign sublet contract
-Open to alternative date ranges, shorter or longer term sublet or lease takeover
-Multi-month sublet may require building approval.
-No smoking
-Must be respectful to other neighbors (i.e. no overly loud music or parties)

Building is very pet friendly, but approval depends on size and number of pets.
