Hi! We're subletting out our place for 2 weeks while we travel! We'd love to sublet our place for the week to someone who wants to experience living in the heart of Williamsburg, and is a responsible person who would take care of our home well.

Modern building, recently renovated with amenities including working space, gym, rooftop, movie room, game room, etc. 8 minutes from the Bedford Ave station on the L, and steps away from the Williamsburg boardwalk (and ferry!) <5 minutes walk to Trader Joes, Whole Foods and Asian grocery stores.

Unit equipped with hardwood floors, A/C (heating system), a full dining table, kitchen, bathroom (with tub), dishwasher and TVs in both the bedroom and living room.

Room 1 is a primary bedroom, with a closet, while the other room is used primarily for work purposes.

Two sets of computer monitors and workstations also available for use.

Laundry is on the same floor and right outside of the unit.
