Our one-bedroom apartment is the home of two musicians and avid world travelers. It is a warm nest, with a very spacious kitchen, a cozy bedroom, a newly-renovated bathroom, a sunny living room with a large working desk, and tons of closet space.

It is a 3rd floor walk-up on a quiet tree-lined street, in a small building with wonderfully friendly neighors and a true sense of community. Just steps away from Prospect Park, Parade Grounds, and right off the Parkside Avenue and Church Avenue (elevator accessible) subway stops with B/Q.
Just a few minutes away from Ocean ave and Flatbush with tons of bars, restaurants and local shops which make the vibrant neighborhood life of Prospect Lefferts Gardens!

The apartment itself is fully furnished and equipped with linens, kitchen staples and cookware (microwave, coffee machine, toaster...) for your convenience.

The full-sized bed in the bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room accommodate up to four people comfortably.

There is a dresser and a small drawer chest and an additional little desk for work in the bedroom.

A public laundromat is available right at the corner of the street.

The rent includes ALL utilities and electricity and internet bills, and move-in and move-out dates are flexible, with priority to the longest rental period requests.

NOTES:
1. Rental dates are negotiable ; periods can extend shorter or longer.
2. The apartment can be rented furnished & move-in ready (but in a clean slate, cleared of all books and personal belongings) OR unfurnished (if unfurnished, rent will be renegotiated accordingly).
