It has a view of One World Trade and the Empire State Building from the living room window, and a large (unfurnished) rooftop one floor up. Finally, only a few blocks from the famous A&A Bake Doubles and Rotis, a fish market, a poultry store, a Middle Eastern / South Indian spice shop, several gorgeous churches, a large blacktop + playground, and the lively Tompkins Avenue (with block parties every summer weekend)!

The lease expires on June 30. I won't be renewing myself, but you have that option! While I'm open to all tenants, those that express interest in renewing (and purchasing some/all of the furniture at a discount...) will be lightly favored :)
