I am subletting my beautiful 1br apt in Astoria for the month of March. If it works out, I might be able to extend.

The apt is about a 10 min walk to the N/W Astoria-Ditmars stop and about a 7 min walk to Astoria park which is always beautiful no matter the season.

There is a ton of closet space, the bedroom is very spacious, I have a queen sized bed and a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line pots, pans, and kitchenware.

The best thing about the apartment is definitely the amazing view and gorgeous sunsets every night. If you poke your head out the window you can see the skyline as well. There is laundry in the building next door as it’s a large co-op, and it is on the top floor of a 4th floor walk up (3 flights of stairs). There is no one above me so it is always quiet. The peacefulness is absolutely lovely.

Ideally looking for a single occupant. No pets, sorry. Additionally, please be aware that the apartment is not child-proof.

Rent is $2,600 including utilities. I would need proof of income, a $1000 deposit, and for you to sign a sublease agreement.
