The bungalow has a full kitchen and a living room with a smart TV on the ground floor. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There's also a lovely garden patio to enjoy on quiet summer nights.
You can easily reach neighborhood shops and restaurants on foot. But if you have a car, you can get to the city's main attractions in just 15 minutes.
About This Lister
As for me, I'm a friendly and responsible individual who values cleanliness and respect for personal space. This home and space is very special to me and I love the quiet and charm this neighborhood offers. During the sublease period, I will be traveling abroad but will be readily available to assist with any queries.

Rental requirements
- Must provide proof of steady income or sufficient savings.
- The first month's rent must be paid in full before moving in.
- All subsequent rents should be paid on the 1st of every month.
- The house should be cared for and regularly cleaned. Appliances and furniture should be treated mindfully.
- This is not a party house, but reasonable gatherings are acceptable.
- All indoor and outdoor plants should be watered regularly.
- Garbage should be taken out in time for the weekly pick-up.
- Must agree to abide by all terms and conditions of the lease.
In addition to the existing requirements, tenants are expected to communicate promptly about any issues and make the payment in full before moving in.
