Fantastic neighborhood, walkable, to food co-op and grocery stores, great dining and many coffee shop options.

The beautiful Prospect Park is easily walkable.

The building is quiet. It is street facing and there is sometimes traffic noise. The residents are extremely nice, many have been here for decades.
