I have a fully furnished room opening up in a bright and airy 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The room is available starting on January 1st 2025- 3 month minimum stay- longer term tenant preferred

Room is 1300 + utilities (25 for internet, Gas & Electric- anywhere from 60-120)- We also share the cost of sundries and a monthly cleaner
