Room for rent in a very spacious 3 Bedroom apartment in Park Slope. Apartment has washer/dryer in unit along with all brand new appliances. The apartment is fully furnished. The room available for rent has a queen bed, dresser, desk, chair, monitor and a walk in closet. It is a large room.

The shared living space has incredible natural light, a beautiful TV, a dining room table, art and a couch. All you will need to move in is yourself and your clothes. The apartment is a 3rd floor walk up of a 3 unit building. We keep the apartment very clean (everyone who walks in comments on it) and plan to continue this standard.

We are generally in bed by 1am on weekdays and later on weekends. Very 4/20 friendly but no cigarettes in the apartment.

The apartment is a few steps away from Brooklyn's 5th Ave, just named TimeOut New York's "Coolest Street in NYC". It is also walking distance from many of Brooklyn's best neighborhoods. 10 minute walk to Prospect Park, 20 minute walk to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade.

Available for flexible move-in date January 2025. Open for flexible move out date and/or extending the agreement.
