Large, quiet 2 bedroom apt with all amenities; a home-away-from-home. It's a separate & private space with full kitchen, dining room, full bath with tub/shower, & living room & off-street parking.

Sleeps 5. Our property is in Atwater Village (walk score 77). We are steps to the main Blvd. Silverlake, Los Feliz & Glendale adjacent, 10 minutes to Hollywood/Downtown LA/Burbank, 15 minutes to Universal Studios, 45 min to Disney.

Please be advised that this is not a party space.

Cook lovely meals in our fully stocked kitchen, barbecue on the grill or walk to some of the best restaurants & cafes in all of Los Angeles. You will find an inviting patio for outdoor eating or sitting with a glass of wine at night while the fairy lights sparkle overhead. Of course the patio is great for catching some sun, too!

We tried to think of everything so you don't have to. Everything you need is here. We also have free laundry facilities (LG front load washer/dryer and "green" detergent for your convenience.

Children are welcome, and we even have a crib here for your baby.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are downstairs. The living room has a Queen-sized futon with 8" innerspring mattress.

Upstairs are two bedrooms & one full bath with tub/shower.

One bedroom is equipped with a Cal King bed, and the other offers a full-sized bed with a twin-sized trundle bed. Air conditioning and heaters in each room, too.

Fresh linens & toiletries are provided. 100% cotton or cotton-rich sheets. We provide tea, coffee, juice, bottled water, spices and condiments.

Ample, permit-free street parking. Off-street parking can also be arranged.

39" led Smart ROKU TV, cable TV, high-speed internet, Netflix are all included. Also, iPhone and Android chargers.

For international travelers, my wife is fluent in German and speaks conversational French. We provide international electrical adapters.

Between us, we have lived in Los Angeles for 44 years, so we can give lots of great suggestions to visitors about what to see and where to go in this beautiful city.

We are animal lovers, and we've volunteered in animal rescue for decades. Our three senior, rescued dogs look forward to welcoming you to our home! We never leave them unattended outside.

Our neighborhood is among the most popular and trendiest in L.A. At the end of our cozy, residential street, there are shops and restaurants, and a fantastic gym! Our home is in the perfect location for people who like to walk to get their morning coffee.

Guests will have access to our charming backyard with patio furniture...great for relaxing and enjoying our lovely Southern California weather!

We're convenient to downtown and to the studios in Burbank. We are also very close to Los Feliz and Silverlake, and to the wonderful Griffith Park.

The property is comprised of a 2 unit (side-by-side) duplex plus a guesthouse/cottage. Hosts live in one half of the duplex, while we rent the back half of the duplex, which is completely private with its own kitchen and private entrance. In addition, we have a smaller unit that we rent as well. The only shared spaces are the backyard and the laundry room. The backyard has several different seating areas.

We had a wonderful stay at Tom + Heidi’s place! The house was clean, had everything furnished well-but also, just the best extra lil’ details like extra charging cords, lighting by each bed, snacks/drinks provided upon arrival, and even a fun project of painting rocks on their lovely patio for fun! They were SO helpful with good information about the area, as well as onsite assistance for whatever we needed ! We felt cared for being on their property and would definitely recommend/stay again!

Tom and Heidi's place is a nice little house in LA!! It was very clean, beds were quite comfortable, and they were very responsive, friendly, provided great instructions on checking in, and recommendations on where to eat!! It was about a 15-minute drive to Griffith Observatory and about 20 to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Their place is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Welcoming and spa like vibe from the moment we walked in. Plenty of space for our large family. Awesome restaurants and shops in walking distance. Tom and Heidi were delightful and gave great recommendations .Wish we could have stayed longer and explored the neighborhood. We would stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay! Tom and Heidi were such great hosts - from giving our family ideas of things to do, making sure we were settled, lending a guitar for us to play. We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely perfect stay! The home was spotless and every potential need was thought of and provided for. Tom and Heidi were gracious and friendly hosts. Communication was easy and local recommendations were provided. Walking around the neighborhood and there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Several stores close by for basic necessities as well if needed. Location is perfect for a trip to Universal Studios or Griffith Park. Would not hesitate at all to stay here again.

My wife and I work in the entertainment industry. We love traveling and we love meeting new people. My wife speaks German fluently and is conversant in French. We are eager to be of help with advice and suggestions as you explore all of the exciting and beautiful things that Los Angeles has to offer. We do live on the property and are around most of the time if anything is needed, though we are in a separate unit. We have three adorable rescue dogs who also love to welcome new guests! There are lots of fine restaurants and shops at the end of our block, within easy walking distance.

We love living in Atwater Village because it truly does have a 'village' feel here, and we have such charming neighbors. Plus, it's quite a bonus when you can live in Los Angeles and not have to get into your car to enjoy a good restaurant.
