About This Lister
My wife and I work in the entertainment industry. We love traveling and we love meeting new people. My wife speaks German fluently and is conversant in French. We are eager to be of help with advice and suggestions as you explore all of the exciting and beautiful things that Los Angeles has to offer. We do live on the property and are around most of the time if anything is needed, though we are in a separate unit. We have three adorable rescue dogs who also love to welcome new guests! There are lots of fine restaurants and shops at the end of our block, within easy walking distance.
We love living in Atwater Village because it truly does have a 'village' feel here, and we have such charming neighbors. Plus, it's quite a bonus when you can live in Los Angeles and not have to get into your car to enjoy a good restaurant.

Rental requirements
$200 Security Deposit. Pet fees and cleaning fees determined by length of stay.
Pets Policy
We will allow small dogs (maximum of two) with common sense guidelines, such as not leaving a dog in the space for too many hours so as to not soil the floors. Although our backyard is enclosed with a fence and gate, we do not allow dogs to be off-leash or unattended, as the backyard is a shared space with a separate occupied rental.
The pet fees are as follows; all are non-refundable:
1-7 nights, $40 per dog (per stay, not per night)
8-30 nights, $75 per dog (per stay, not per night)
31 or more nights, $100 per dog (per stay, not per night)
These fees are for the additional deep cleaning we have found is necessary to get the space ready for future renters.
We do remind all guests with pets that the cost of repairing any damage created by the pet will be deducted from the security deposit.
Driveway parking can be arranged and there is ample permit-free street parking. Most nights our guests park right in front of the house.
