Subletting my one bed apartment in Park Slope for a few months or longer. The space is quiet, bright, and centrally located near the 2/3 and A/C trains a few blocks off of Flatbush avenue. I am an avid runner and love this location near Prospect Park and neighborhoods like Fort Greene and Clinton Hill. The subway to Manhattan is easy and there are great workout class options around like pilates (SLT) and yoga (Y7). I have recommendations for coffee shops and restaurants in the area and am available for any questions or help that you might need!
I am a young professional (F) in my early 30s with a passion for outdoor running, pilates, playing music and finding new restaurants and coffee shops to try. I grew up in California so have tried to cultivate a sunny, nature-vibe in my home! I am also a journalist so the apartment is filled with books (I am happy to recommend my faves) and a standing desk with a monitor. Security deposit is the half of the first month's rent. The utilities internet (Spectrum) and energy (Con Edison) come out to $100 a month.
