I'm a writer and teacher who's looking to sublet my beautiful and newly renovated apartment! This is an ideal space for friends, families or couples looking to have a fun summer in Paris. It comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave included), a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC, a sun-and-book-filled living room, as well as a spacious bedroom and plenty of space for luggage and treats you might buy while you're here.

Located in the 17th in the historic Batignolles district (a 10-minute walk from Line 14 of the metro, which goes direct from Orly Airport, and a 5-minute walk from Lines 2 and 13) you’ll be just minutes away from two parks (Parc Monceau and Parc Clichy-Batignolles - Martin Luther King) as well as a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, theaters, cinemas, and the beautiful open-air Batignolles Marché. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood, with plenty to do and see!
