Hello,

I am renting my attic which is part of my house where I live with my three kids, and my older parents. Since it’s our home, I am looking for someone who we will get along with and will be respectful of our living space.

The attic will have sink and a bathroom, we are currently working on it.

The rest of the space is renovated and ready.
The attic space is about 1000 sq ft with plenty of light. The house is on the main road and easy to get in and out, walkable.
