My husband and I live in Stuyvesant Town in very close proximity to the L train on First Ave.

We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. We have stylish but cozy furnishings that we think make our home deeply welcoming and warm.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, and a projector that transforms your bed into the most incredible movie theater!
The second bedroom is set up as an office, and has a sofa that can become a queen size bed. Both rooms have fully functional work desks.

Our kitchen is clean and fully equipped -- including a gas range and dishwasher.

The bathroom has a tub, a window and plenty of storage space for all your medicine, and face lotion needs.

We get great light and windows facing inside Stuytown so it is a really quiet apartment.

The building has two elevators, a laundry room with many machines, and trash area.

We love this apartment... and how we've designed it, if we do say so ourselves! It really speaks to our sense of humor and joy. We are moving into a new home and have an overlap of this period and would love to have someone stay here, who will enjoy the space and the incredible location.

We will be leaving the furnishings, but will be taking out some of our personal belongings for you to make this space yours while you are here.
