This sublet is available February 12, 2025 - April 18, 2025 (with potential flexibility to start a few days earlier/end a few days later). I will consider all inquiries within the available time period, with a preference for those who can commit to a longer stretch.

I am renting out the first floor (1BR + Large Office) of my fully furnished penthouse unit. Tons of natural light, high ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows! No need to bring anything except your toothbrush and clothes.

The apartment features a modern kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and 2nd bedroom which is set up as an office.

The kitchen has ample cabinet storage; black granite countertops; and glass tile backsplash. Stainless steel appliances include: brand new five-burner GE range with built-in air fryer, a Bosch dishwasher, and Fisher Paykel refrigerator. Comes fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, etc.

The living area has a large, modern sectional couch, an adjustable height coffee/dining table, Vizio Smart TV and my pride and joy -- a beautiful monstera plant. Large, oversized windows flood the room with natural light, complete with a view of the Manhattan skyline.

The bedroom has a full size bed with a comfortable eco-friendly Keesta mattress and a full size closet. There is also a washer/dryer in the bedroom.

The office comes furnished with shelving unit, office storage cabinet, desk, and printer. There is also a small closet for additional storage. A perfect dedicated work from home space.

Note: My bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor. The second floor is off limits, but I will not be here during the sublet period, so you will have maximum privacy.

If you would like to use the second floor bedroom and bathroom, that is available for an additional $850/month. I can send photos if this is of interest.

Located at the border of bustling Prospect Heights/Crown Heights. Close to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Garden and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops on Franklin and Washington Ave.

Transit includes 4/5/2/3 at Franklin Ave and 2/3 at Brooklyn Museum/Eastern Parkway, S train at Park Place, and B45 and B48 buses. All trains are about a 7 minute walk, and the bus stops are right in front of the building.

This is a smoke-free building – no smoking of any kind in the unit or building is allowed. I also want to avoid second-hand smoke in the apartment, so I won't be able to lease to anyone who smokes.
