Subletting my 1BR apartment fully furnished for the month of starting at the end of January through March 1, start and end dates slightly flexible. The apartment is spacious and sunny, located on the first floor of a corner building off of Bedford St. I'll leave the place nice and spotless with plenty of space for your own belongings. Price includes all utilities and a small cleaning fee.

Furnishings include a bed, couch, tv(w roku) and nice sound system, kitchen equipment, kitchen table, dresser, a desk with monitor, and a bike. There's also some music gear that I'll be leaving including an amp and guitar and an electronic keyboard. There's a vacuum and an air filter as well. I'm open to you moving things around and making it your own place so long as you return things back to normal when you leave.

The neighborhood is really great with easy access to the 2/3/4/5 Franklin Stop and the B/Q Prospect Park Stop. It is less than a 5 minute walk to Prospect Park and the Botanic Gardens, a 10 minute walk to the Brooklyn Museum and a 15 minute walk to Grand Army Plaza. You have great access to both Crown Heights and Lefferts Gardens, including plenty of bars and restaurants. There are two great bar/restaurants that are also venues with live jazz/rock/comedy within walking distance. Overall I love the neighborhood. I always feel welcome here and the neighbors are friendly, and the super is always around to help with fixing anything. Several grocery stores nearby and the Grand Army Plaza Farmer's Market is open every Saturday and is great.

I'm using a mix of old and new photos here but the place has since been updated with a new fridge and stove, new kitchen floor, and some nicer furniture too.
