We are subletting our wonderful 1.5 bedroom as we temporarily relocate to Austin. The apartment is in the heart of Williamsburg, a short distance to grocers, restaurants, shopping, truly it is the best location. Just a hop and a skip away from the pier and riverwalk, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, fast casual restaurants, McCarren Park, Domino Park, all the bars and dining Williamsburg has to offer. We also live directly above a coffee shop which certainly comes in handy.

It is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, office space, one large walk-in closet at the entrance, dressers, extendable table in the living room, and a pull out couch that we often use in futon form for cozy movie nights. We are flexible in removing or storing additional items that would otherwise remain in the space (art, kitchenware, sports gear etc.). The office/second room has semi-sound proof glass and a floor-to-ceiling curtain that can give privacy when needed. Perfect for a couple!

The apartment is perfectly suited for all of your needs (see amenities list below) and we would love to find someone who will love and care for it as much as we have. Our building, especially our floor, is relatively quiet and we want to respect that space for our neighbors.  

It is very quiet during the entire day and evening, no street noise, and in the morning you can *literally* hear the birds chirping in the courtyard. We get incredible sunlight during the day as well.

WIFI included, but Coned (electric) and National Grid (gas) bills will be covered by subletter.

We are asking for a minimum 3 month commitment with opportunity to extend through June, preference given to those who can stay the entirety of the stay.

Move in date is flexible after December 28th (if earlier date is needed can be discussed). 

NO PETS (sadly): As much as we adore pets, the apartment owners have a very strict no pet policy for our apartment

About This Lister

We are a couple that have been living in this apartment for over a year and absolutely love it. It has given us everything we need and beyond. We are relocating temporarily to Austin for the first half of the year but will be traveling back to New York monthly. We rent directly from the owners and want our subletter to care for their apartment the same way we have.
