Want to be in the mix of back bay / south end boston? This great sublet is two blocks from the public garden.

I renovated this floor wide luxury 2 bed several years ago and have been traveling the better part of the last two years. I’d like to be back in boston part time and have a home base but am seeking a roommate as the overhead is too high for just myself (used to share with partner). Id take one bed and you’d have a furnished room opposite the hallway. We would share a bathroom in between. There is also a huge common roof deck available and some basement storage space.

The unit is 1000 square feet, professionally designed, very cheerful and bright with natural lighting. It is fully furnished with west elm and restoration hardware. There are no neighbors on any side so it is very quiet in a peaceful community called bay village. Utilities extra (avg 100 total to be split) and price and lease length all negotiable. I rarely leave my room when there and I work in the office 3 days a week. Open to any age or gender, I’m lowkey and flexible.

Re: price. This is less than half of carrying costs and I’ve shared the backend math with the listings project and can share with you directly for transparency! Not looking to make money but rather return home affordably. It was most recently rented at $5k + utilities. feel free to ask any questions!
