I renovated this floor wide luxury 2 bed several years ago and have been traveling the better part of the last two years. I’d like to be back in boston part time and have a home base but am seeking a roommate as the overhead is too high for just myself (used to share with partner). Id take one bed and you’d have a furnished room opposite the hallway. I am redoing that second bed now so no pics but it will have a full bed, desk and chair, and dresser along with wall length built in closet. We would share a bathroom in between. There is also a huge common roof deck available and some basement storage space.

The unit is 1000 square feet, professionally designed, very cheerful and bright with natural lighting. It is fully furnished with west elm and restoration hardware. There are no neighbors on any side so it is very quiet. Utilities extra (avg 100 total to be split) and price and lease length all negotiable. I rarely leave my room when there and I work in the office 3 days a week. Open to any age or gender, I’m lowkey and flexible.

Re: price. This is less than half of carrying costs and I’ve shared the backend math with the listings project and can share with you directly for transparency! Not looking to make money but rather return home affordably. It was most recently rented at $5k + utilities. feel free to ask any questions! I am a mid 30s female in Tech who is looking to be back near home due to family medical situation. I am pretty introverted and will be in my room a lot when there, rarely watch tv and never cook but sometimes I like working at the island on my laptop. I keep to myself, listen to podcast with headphones, and will be traveling to the cape a couple days a week. I think I’d do best with someone else independent and on their own schedule and we co exist. I have a cleaner come regularly that I’d cover. Generally I’m very laidback and just enjoy watching live sports, seeing my friends and family, and playing tennis or soccer on weekends.
