The apartment is three blocks from the Brooklyn Museum. It's a doorman building (9-6pm) with gym and rooftop, making it convenient to workout and secure packages. There's a washer and dryer in-unit. The apartment is also pretty soundproof, we never hear our neighbors or the other room.

The bedroom you will be renting is furnished with a queen bed, split A/C unit for heating & cooling. Can add a mini desk if needed. There is closet space in the room. Your room has a lock from the inside.

You are welcome to share and use the rest of the home.

The living room has a TV. The kitchen is fully furnished. There's a small dining corner for meals.

I will be in the other room. This is a 2BR2BA apartment. I have a sleepy older cat who spends the day on a window perch.

Extra amenities include a garage-covered parking space for extra 300/month.
