Looking for a temporary subletter for a furnished bedroom in the heart of Prospect Heights. Your room comes with your own bathroom with a tub. Dates are flexible. Can do month-to-month for reduced rate.

The neighborhood is walkable and friendly, filled with cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and close to Prospect Park and major subway lines.

The apartment is three blocks from the Brooklyn Museum. It's a doorman building (9-6pm) with gym and rooftop, making it convenient to workout and secure packages. There's a washer and dryer in-unit. The apartment is also pretty soundproof, we never hear our neighbors or the other room.

The bedroom you will be renting is furnished with a queen Keetsa bed, Sonos speakers, split A/C units for heating & cooling, and an air filter. Can add a mini desk if needed. There is modest closet space in the room. And an additional wardrobe outside of the room if desired. Your room has a lock from the inside.

You are welcome to share and use the rest of the home.

The living room has PS4, Nintendo Switch, Sonos speakers, and TV. The kitchen is fully furnished. There's a small dining corner for meals.

You will share the 2BR2BA apartment part-time with a queer couple. We live upstate, but come back to the apartment half-time to attend work meetings, social obligations, medical appointments. We also travel frequently. At home we prefer to chill, very occasionally have small intimate gatherings. We are clean and considerate. For longer stays, an optional monthly cleaner can be shared around $150 each, if desired.

We have a sleepy older cat who spends the day on a window perch, and a small friendly non-shedding dog. The pets travel with us when we go upstate. If you have a pet, they must get along well with other animals and do not damage furniture. A cleaning fee will apply.

Extra amenities include a garage-covered parking space for extra 300/month.
