About This Lister

Your two roommates will be 2 queers, a man and a woman in their early thirties, one working in finance and the other in healthcare, both on a 9-5 schedule. One is a POC, and the other is not. More often than not, one roommate will be away, and the other might be away a couple of times a week. The latter works from home 2-days/week in their BR.

Since there are 3 BR and 2 BA, you'll share a bathroom with one other. Neither roommate is a slob or neat freak, and both cook frequently (when home). We keep it down after 10 PM on weekdays because we like our neighbors. We also collect each other's deliveries because why leave them outside? The delivery folks know to ring other bells if a delivery recipient isn't home--there are only 4 units.

There are two cats, so you gotta be down with those two. One wants to be in bed all day, every day, and the other thinks he's a hunter and needs to go outside. Oh! The litter box is not kept in the common area, so you might not know it's there.
