We're a couple in our late 20s looking to sublet our fully-furnished Echo Park 1 bed while we're abroad for the holidays.

Our place is located in a historic Victorian home in Echo Park/Angelino Heights, with lots of unique details and charm. We have 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, and large living and dining rooms.

In addition to our bed, we have a blow-up mattress and our couch is great for sleeping!

We have in-unit laundry and a well-stocked kitchen with all the supplies and tools you could need. No dishwasher, unfortunately.

We have a desk with a monitor, mouse, and keyboard, which you're welcome to use. Our living room has Chromecast with Google TV (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Prime are all available), and we also have a Nintendo Switch. Our shelves are full of plenty of books to borrow, a record player, records, etc.
