Located near the Utica AC, it takes about 30 minutes to get into Manhattan. There's a coffee shop Milk and Pull down the street, and great Bed Stuy institutions nearby such as Peaches, Saraghina, etc.

Utilities are included in the rent price. Looking for someone or a couple who is quiet and respectful, as there is a family that lives in the brownstone above.

Ideally looking for someone who can take up the entire time of the sublet, but open to chatting about time period.
