About This Lister
My wife and I have lived in the apartment for the past 8 years. We are being relocated for work for a few months which is why we are subletting our home. We hope to find someone who cares for it and enjoys it as much as we do.

Rental requirements
We would like to have an in person or a video call with prospective tenants. You can Zelle or Venmo the rent directly on the first day of each month.
We require one month security deposit which will be returned to you if there are no damages.
The duration of the stay is flexible, but we do prefer someone to take the space until March. However, you can email us with your preferred dates and we can discuss further.
