Less than a 5 minute walk to the 1/2/3 and the A/C/E/F/M lines in the heart of northern Greenwhich Village, steps away from Chelsea. The building is home to multiple artists (mostly, photographers and writers) with very quiet neighbors.

In the summer, I will have the window-A/C re-installed.

I am a writer / lawyer who is renting the unit from the building owner (leaseholder); my partner is moving to the city and looking to move in with them, making my space available. You would be subletting from me and I would show you the space. Open to a lease-take over or changing the length (renewing will not be a problem - the building is small, less than 30 units).
