Fully furnished room comes with double/full bed, clothes hanging rack (not in photos), desk and chair, rug and 43" Roku TV. All utilities includes. This is one of two rooms available in a newly renovated ground floor space. This room has two pocket doors immediately off the living room and kitchen. Easy access to the (free) laundry room immediately outside of the apartment. The bathroom, living and kitchen space is shared with one other person (open furnished room also available for rent in Dec 2024). The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, a coffee maker, pots and pans. There is a huge back space available for use and occasional parking. Dedicated parking could be available for an additional fee.

I can be flexible on start date in December. The room is available now. I prefer someone able to stay longer-term but am happy to work on your schedule if you want a shorter lease to start. No smoking and no pets please. Occasional access to the apartment will be needed by maintenance staff.

It’s a very quiet and family-friendly area. Park your car on the street with no alternate-side parking. While it’s helpful to have a car here it’s not necessary. Coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Short walk to Van Cortlandt Park, College of Mount Saint Vincent and Wave Hill.
