This first floor apartment has central heat and air. Fully equipped with all the amenities you need. Just bring your personal belongings are you'll feel right at home! Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, and all the pots + pans you need. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. The washer and dryer is in the basement and shared by the tenant on the 2nd floor and myself who lives on the 3rd floor.

This is a 3 unit building and we all share the backyard which is spacious with a deck, fire pet and dining table (wifi also reaches to the backyard). You have one dedicated parking space.

Wifi, Water, and Weekly trash is included.

Tenants are responsible for their own utilities which is a quick call to National Grid. If you do not want to put the utilities in your name, we can bill you each month for the utilities for your apartment.
