The loft is spacious and bright, with an enormous window facing north towards the Hollywood hills and Hollywood sign, and an automatic blind that doubles as a screen to project onto at night.

Upstairs you'll find the lofted bedroom overlooking the living, kitchen, and dining areas, and leading to a private balcony. There is a bathroom with a shower, ample clothes storage space, and a TV with all the applications ready for you to use. Downstairs you'll find the living area with space to host, a large dining area with a table that can seat up to 8, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the tools you'd need to cook a feast, an office nook, and a second bathroom with a bathtub. The loft will be available for a flexible lease, 3 or 6 months, with the possibility to renew. The lease could begin as early as February 15th or March 1st if preferred.

Please note, the loft is not wheelchair accessible, and has two staircases, one leading to the first floor living area, and the second leading to the second floor bedroom.
