The application package includes:

• Proof of income: three (3) most recent/consecutive paystubs (CPA Letter and Tax Return may be requested for self-employed individuals)
• Bank Statement: Most recent, detailing recent income deposits
• Landlord Reference Letter (If applicable)
• Valid, Government-issued photo ID
• $20 Non-refundable application fee/applicant
• A completed application with Vero
Upon approval of the application, the applicant will sign a new lease.
Must obtain approval from TFC management by certified mail, detailing name, type, breed, color, and weight (max of 75 pounds) of pet. Maximum of two pets per unit. No pit bulls, Rothweilers or other breed prone to having a violent nature will be accepted
