This is my primary residence, but I only live here in the summer and fall. This is the perfect spot for someone moving to NYC in need of somewhere to land while you look for your permanent apartment, or for professionals working in the city for a few months. Rental dates are flexible, but I'm looking for someone to rent for at least 60 days.

1 month rent and $500 security deposit required. I'm looking for someone to rent for a minimum of 60 days (I live out of town during this time, so it's difficult for me to manage frequent turnover of renters).
