Roommate 2: Female, Non Alcoholic Start-Up. Works from home part time.

Roommate 3: Male, Finance. Works full in the office full time. Has the lower level private floor and keeps to himself mostly.

We are all in our 30s, friendly, considerate, minimalist, and clean. We like to cook (we are allergic to gluten), watch TV, listen to records. We are up and about around 8 AM, winding down around 11PM. We keep very busy schedules with work and life and are in and out of the apartment a lot. Travel frequently.

We aim to keep our home very zen: neat, organized and calm. We are laid back and might have a friend or group of friends over for dinner from time to time, but not big drinkers or partiers.
