Hello! The extra bedroom/bathroom in my 2 bed/2.5 bath apartment in Santa Monica is going to be open starting around Feb 1st until whenever (rent can be pro-rated, dates flexible). To put it lightly this is a very good setup, it comes with all the things. The highlights include:

A bit about me: I’m Kaitlyn. I’m 31, I work in tech - I moved from the Bay down to Southern California during the pandemic. I went to Michigan and grew up in Michigan. I like to run, hike, do yoga, cook dinner for friends, do art, go to concerts. I travel around for a few months every year and rent the extra bedroom out when I'm here, so I’m looking for someone fun, good natured, respectful to fill the room for a bit.
