Rooms for Rent
This is a furnished room full of light. The closet is big. There is a full size bed with an orthopedic mattress.
There are three of us. Each one takes care of the common areas once a month. A cleaning lady comes on the fourth week each month.
We are independent, private, busy people. We are mindful when using the kitchen and the W/D. We enjoy the building's wonderful furnished terrace and the exercise room.
About This Lister
I am originally from Colombia. I came to New York as a student. I keep myself busy with work and New York's cultural life. I cook about once a week. Michael is also very busy at work. He is never home during the weekends. He does not cook at all.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
The mortgage on this apartment is on my name. It was a brand new building seventeen years ago.
Rental requirements
I need proof of income, personal references, one month of deposit and the first month of rent to move in. I will write you a lease.
I will be showing the room Thursday and Friday and Saturday mornings.
