I am subletting my room in a 4-bed, 2-bath apartment in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. My room is cozy and gets plenty of natural light. The room is furnished with a full bed, standing desk, dresser, and closet. Our common space has a large couch and TV, and the kitchen has lots of cooking supplies, storage space, and a dishwasher.

The building has excellent subway access—it's on the same block as the Franklin Ave 2/3/4/5 stop, it takes me a minute from my door to the platform. We're also a 15 minute walk from the A/C Franklin Ave stop. The building is less than a 5 minute walk from 3 grocery stores, 10 minutes from the Brooklyn Museum, and 15 minutes from Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Library. We are also half a block from the laundromat.

The dates are completely flexible, but I would prefer someone who can stay for at least two months. Price includes all utilities, wifi, no hidden fees!

My roommates and I maintain a very clean space and spend a lot of time outside the apartment, so there have been no issues with sharing the kitchen or other living spaces, and occasionally we have a few guests over for dinner. It is likely that some of my roommates will be gone for vacation as well during this 2-month period!
