The Williamsburg Apartment debuted in 2017 and we have since hosted hundreds of happy travelers! We provide our guests with comfortable, convenient and flexible stays in a bustling neighborhood. North Williamsburg is home to 100s of cafes, shops, gyms, bars and restaurants. It is also home to many beautiful parks and breathtaking cityscape views are only a few blocks away!

This listing is for a private room, in a shared apartment. This room is on the 3rd floor of a 3 story townhouse. We are located just a few feet from the Bedford L Train Station.

Our townhouse boasts modern features like keypad locks and RING for safety and to help you quickly ease into your stay. This room comes fully furnished with: full-size bed, bed frame, desk, fan and clothing storage which includes: hanging racks & shelving. An AC is installed for the warmer months.

You would share the bathroom, kitchen and dining area with two other travelers like yourself. Guests/Roomates are often millennial aged freelancers, students, or professionals that are visiting for a bit or looking for a place to land as they ease back into New York life. They often work hybrid between home and in-office. All guests are screened. All guests agree to our Community Standards & House Rules which include but are not limited to communal cleaning efforts, quiet hours and no parties or unannounced guests.

- Rate Includes All Utilities (Internet, Heat, Electricity, Water)
-There is a full gas kitchen and dining area. There is dishware, pots, and spices are stocked in the cabinets. We also have a Nespresso, a toaster, a blender, a rice cooker, available.
- The apartment and room are cleaned before you check in and then cleaning becomes a communal effort for all throughout your stay. If you stay more than 2 weeks, you will be expected to take a turn thoroughly cleaning the common areas or book a cleaning on your behalf.
- We do not have laundry or parking on site, but there are options very very close by!
