I have a furnished room available for weekly or monthly sublet from now until April 30. The room has a queen bed, TV, bureau, closet, desk, and double exposure (two sets of windows). It's on the 9th floor of an elevator building in Park Slope, 1/2 block to the R/F/G and a few avenues from Prospect Park. Near a ton of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and cafes.

The 3 BR, 1.5 BA apartment has a full kitchen, large living/dining room, balcony, and laundry in the basement. It's very sunny and plant-filled. There is a cat in residence & no other pets are allowed.

About This Lister

I've had this apartment for 13 years, and will be moving out in the spring. I'll be going back & forth from my partner's apartment. There will be 1-2 other roommates, likely both women in their 30s who are quiet and friendly. We're looking for someone with a similar vibe. I may host some dinner parties in the new year, but overall the apartment is very chill.

The room is meant especially for people working in the arts -- writers, artists, musicians, translators, actors, etc, but is open to anyone who needs a shorter-term place to stay.
