I have a furnished room available for the month of February. The room has a queen bed, bureau, closet, desk, and windows. It's on the 9th floor of an elevator building in Park Slope, 1/2 block to the R/F/G and a few avenues from Prospect Park. Near a ton of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and cafes.

The 3 BR, 1.5 BA apartment has a full kitchen, large living/dining room, balcony, and laundry in the basement. It's very sunny and plant-filled. There is a cat in residence & no other pets are allowed.

I've had this apartment for 13 years, and will be moving out in the spring. There will be 1-2 other roommates, likely both women in their 30s who are quiet and friendly, and possibly some writers-in-residence for parts of the month.
