No dishwasher or laundry, though coin laundry is available a few doors down (1 min walk). No super on-site. Compost and recycling in the apartment. Outdoor space included with the apartment.

You will be close to the 157th Street 1 train. Cross-streets are 160th and Riverside Drive. 30 minute train ride to midtown, 1 hour to Brooklyn.

I have a preference for short-term renters with little to no baggage, no pets, and no interest in extending the stay. I also prefer people who are gone a lot, and I am also gone a lot (like, a lot). *Very open to short-term inquiries; the dates listed are the total dates available.
