looking for someone to sublet primary bedroom with a private en suite bathroom in 3 bedroom apartment in crown heights located on the 4th floor. we have an elevator! bergen + classon. close to prospect park, brooklyn botanical garden and the brooklyn museum!

the room itself is spacious with your own bathroom. amazing natural light with big windows and black out curtains for when you want to sleep in. hardwood floors. thoughtful mood lighting for night. HVAC AC/heating unit is super efficient and keeps you comfortable at your own preference.

a comfortable desk+chair if you: wfh (wifi) or like making art.
a seating area for your morning coffee or splashing wine with a pal.

now, the apartment: it has in-unit w/d and plenty of tide pods. the kitchen has a dishwasher. the building has a gym, complete with a hot sauna. You also have access to a recreation room (pool table, air hockey+ ping pong table) and a media room (essentially a home theatre space with 6 reclining chairs) to use at your leisure. the apartment is shared with two other roommates that are also my close friends. both are females who work 9-5 jobs. we all have busy work+social lives that keep life interesting and most of us coming and going on a regular basis. it is not unusual to have the place to yourself from time to time. the kitchen is a shared space and we keep it tidy. we have anything you could need in a kitchen to prepare tasty and delicious meals.

*utilities are shared and usually add up to around $100/month each.
ideally looking for thr same person to stay the entirety. it is a great apartment and i think you will find yourself not wanting to leave!
