Living in Greenpoint has been an absolute joy—it’s such a charming and welcoming neighborhood. I’ve loved how conveniently close it is to the ferry, making trips to the city both easy and enjoyable. The homey feel of the community and the peaceful vibe have truly made it a special place to call home. Unfortunately, my time in NYC is coming to an early end as I need to relocate for work, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease and enjoy this wonderful space as much as I have.
