This is a two-story, 4 bedroom stone house at the top of hill.
The sunsets are legendary!
You will have two of the bedrooms, your own bathroom, use of the rest of house, communally.
We have a hot tub, laundry in the basement, a swimming pool that gets opened in mid-May.
I am looking for a like-minded person or couple to share this great house, to develop a somewhat shared lifestyle, but with privacy and independence.
You love animals, like to cook, you can be social but don't invite the party home. We would be housemates, not just landlord-tenant.
The house is two miles from Bartlett House, 5 miles from the Hawthorne Valley Farm Store, 6 miles from the quaint village of Chatham, 15 miles from the cool little metropolis of Hudson, NY.

The house was built in 2002, it has wide pine floors, two living rooms, a music/craft/art room, a huge kitchen, full basement.
It is not wheelchair accessible. All bedrooms are on the second floor.
I heat the house partly with a wood stove. Otherwise I keep the heat at 65 or below. Heating oil is bloody expensive.

You are responsible for regular cleaning of your space, including the bathroom, and for normal shared tidying up common spaces.

Wifi, and all utilities included. Unless you use power tools more than occasionally.
