UES furnished studio apartment on the 5th floor in an elevator building. The apartment is on a side street and is minimalist yet cozy. It gets incredible morning sun, which you can enjoy after raising the blackout blinds. The kitchen is functional, with a stove, oven and all the tools one would need to be able to live comfortably. The bathroom is recently renovated with a tub. The apartment has a WFH setup which includes a standing desk and an external monitor (an additional one can be set up). The dining table is set for 4 people but expands and can fit 8 (there are 4 stools available). There is a built in AC unit to keep the apartment cool. 500 Mbps Wifi and utilities included.

The apartment is close to the Q and 456 and has everything you need right outside your front door. It's about a 7 minute walk from WholeFoods and many of the popular neighborhoods bars, restaurants, and cafes are even closer. Central park and the Met are about a 15 minute walk away.

Paid washer/dryer is available in the basement and there is a great wash and fold around the corner.

No animals allowed.
