Super walkable (Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, Target, Jones, Formosa, Plummer Park all less than 5 mins away on foot), Runyon Canyon trailhead one mile from our doorstep, and fully furnished! It was built in the 1920’s for writers, and it’s an artistic haven. Two entrances, tons of natural light, vintage slat windows, and a view of beautiful green leaves from the living room couch. It’s truly a gem of a spot, and we’ll miss it as we’re away for a summer contract. If you’re looking to have a cozy, quiet, tucked away community in the heart of Hollywood, this is your place!!
