The neighborhood is wonderful: many restaurants and bars, yoga studios, salons, and both Cooper and McCarren Park within walking distance. You will be able to access the L train at Graham Avenue and the G train at Nassau Avenue, as well as buses.

I am looking for someone clean and responsible to sublet the apartment. Pets on a case by case basis, with additional fee. Utilities and internet: $262/month.

There is a possibility that the sublet can be extended.
