We are subletting our private downstairs apartment for short term or month long + stays from mid January inward. $120 per night or $3100 per month + cleaning fee.

About the home - it's the perfect space to enjoy NYC while coming back to a quiet and peaceful space in historic Brooklyn after a long day exploring. The living room comes with pull out sofa and unit could accommodate kids or an extra adult.

About the space - 700 SF, 1 BR/1Bath, Fios wifi, 60" Smart TV, backyard access, Heat/AC, location a few minutes walk from the A/C subway. Fully furnished with towels, bedding, dishes, cookware, etc. Bedroom with King sized bed and privacy window shutters.

About the neighborhood - Bed Stuy is full of funky restaurants and bars within close walking distance to our home. Japanese, French, Italian, Southern food, coffee shops, dive bars and natural wine bars all within 5 min walk and the A/C Train is a 4 min walk away. Groceries, dry cleaning, etc are around the corner. Street parking is easy and you can park outside of our house if you have a car and can move it for alternate side street cleaning.

About us - We are a quiet couple in our early 40's who reside in the upstairs duplex with our daughters. We are here if you have any questions but will give you your space and not bother you unless requested!

Pets permitted, please inquire for additional pet fees/deposit.

My husband and I have been renovating this townhouse since 2020 and absolutely love sharing our home with others to enjoy! We live in the duplex apartment on the top two floors but sublet the downstairs when family/friends are not in town. I work in marketing and my husband in tech and we love the outdoors, cooking, travel and all that NYC has to offer.
