I'm the owner of the apartment! I'm a creative, not a professional landlord, and this is my former beloved home. I had the custom closet installed, did wallpaper and painting projects, and installed the tile backsplash in the kitchen. The apartment has been treated with a lot of love and care.
I lived in the apartment myself for years, and have had a wonderful tenant in the apartment for the last almost three years. She will be moving out in mid-May, so I am looking for someone to sign a 1 or 2-year lease when she leaves.

Rental requirements
The apartment is in a co-op so tenants have to go through the co-op board's approval process. This includes things like a credit check, proof of salary, and letters of recommendation.
Strict no-smoking policy.
First month's rent and a security deposit (equaling one month's rent) are required up front.
